HOMEMADE & DELICIOUS:
Tortillas are the secret ingredient…. I now use home-style flour tortillas instead of pizza crust. This lets you easily make personal pizzas with different toppings with something for everyone’s taste!
If you prefer less crust and more toppings, or if you’re watching carbs, this is perfect for you!
ADVANTAGES OF USING TORILLAS:

Pizza Ingredients:
- 6 to 8 Home-style Flour Tortillas*
- Pasta Sauce, Tomato or Pizza Sauce – 2 cups
- Browned Sausage or Hamburger 2 – Cups (optional)
- Chopped Fresh Kale or Spinach 2-Cups
- 1 can Black Olives-drained
- 3+/- cups Grated Cheese
- Sprinkling of Mixed Dried Herbs , Italian Seasonings or Oregano
*feel free to use larger size tortillas to make an individual 10″ pizza
Pizza Instructions:
- Lay thawed flour tortillas on a steel baking sheet
- Spread pasta or pizza sauce evenly on each tortilla.
- Evenly add the next three ingredients to the tortillas, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Keep an eye on the edges so they don’t burn.
- Take them out of the oven when the bottoms are lightly browned and the cheese has melted.
- Slice each pizza into 8 pieces with a pizza cutter.
- Remember: The bottoms should be browned for a crispy texture that makes them easy to pick up.
