  1. With regard to the soft butter spread with oils – what is the weight of the butter you are using? Great website by the way. PS. I’m from the uk.

      In the USA, we generally have 4 sticks of butter per pound. So, the amount of butter for this recipe will be 1/2 pound which equals (1 Cup). I just updated this on my website with the correct amount and/or weight of butter needed. I really appreciate you asking about this.
