Fresh Homemade Protein Powder
Have you ever wanted to mix up your own ingredients for your own Organic Protein Powder? Well, me, too……so I decided to create a recipe for Fresh Homemade Organic Protein Powder.
I have always wondered how those prepackaged protein mixes and powders could be fresh. We all know real foods can lose their nutritional value over time.
I just knew there had to be a better way to enjoy the superfood value of protein shakes and smoothies. So, I came up with a recipe for Fresh Homemade Protein Powder.
After doing a bit of research, I could not find what I wanted in a homemade organic protein powder that I could grind fresh each time. So, I created a few recipes for my own use and then thought about sharing them with others.
My first recipe had:
- Almonds
- Sunflower Seeds
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Sesame Seeds
- Flax Seeds

I am so glad you wrote. Certainly hope you love this Fresh Ground Protein Powder as much as I do!
would this work for baking, like muffins and /or pancakes?
Good Idea! I have not tried this but consider adding a tablespoon or two to your batter and see how it turns out. If you like it and decide to add more, simply reduce your flour down a little but make sure to keep the same consistency of the batter. Nice way to add extra protein! Thanks for writing!
