  • 3 Cups of Milk Kefir
  • 1/2 Cup of Honey, Natural Sugar or Xylitol (optional)
  • 1 Cup of Frozen like Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Bananas, Mangos and Peaches
  • 10 to 12 popsicle molds – this will vary depending on the size of your molds
  • Wooden popsicle sticks, if needed

(For creamier kefir popsicles, substitute 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt for 1/2 cup of kefir.)

 Steps to Follow

  1. Put kefir, honey or xylitol and frozen fruits into the blender. Blend until it forms a smooth and thick consistency.
  2. Pour the mixture, using a small funnel, into popsicle molds (add a few chunks of fruit, if you like) and freeze them for 8 hours at a minimum. Sometimes, it may require 10 to 12 hours to freeze completely.
  3. Take your popsicles out of the mold, and voila! Your homemade kefir popsicles are ready to serve!
