Homemade Chai Tea Latte Mix
Making your own chai tea latte mix is super easy! You just need a few ingredients to create a blend that mixes perfectly with hot black tea. The best part is that this quick recipe is healthier because it uses real food ingredients.

When giving this chai tea recipe latte mix as a gift, I like to include a box of 12 tea bags with every jar of Chai Tea Powder. This makes a great gift, especially if you add a small wooden spoon!!!

DIRECTIONS:
- First, measure the spices. If you have whole spices, grind them in a coffee grinder, food processor, or high-speed blender until they turn into a fine powder.
- Next, mix the spices, cane sugar, powdered sugar, and dry milk in a large bowl.
- Then, combine everything so it is well mixed.
- To make your Chai Latte, stir about 2 tablespoons of the mix into a mug of hot water. Add a black tea bag and let it steep for a few minutes.
- Adjust the amount of chai mix to suit your taste. Finally, remove the tea bag, sip slowly, and enjoy!

Chai Latte Tea Mix Recipe
The Chai Tea Latte Mix is Perfect Anytime!
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cup organic nonfat dry milk powder
- ¼ cup organic powdered sugar for creaminess
- 1 ½ cups organic cane sugar or other natural sweetener to taste
- 2 teaspoons powdered vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- Organic Black Tea Bags
- Star of Anise or Cinnamon Sticks for garnish
Instructions
- Measure out spices.
- If you only have whole spices on hand, grind in a coffee grinder, food processor, or high speed blender (like a Vita-Mix) until they’re a fine powder.
- In a large bowl, combine spices, cane sugar, powdered sugar, and dry milk.
- Stir well to combine ingredients.
- Mix in about 2 Tablespoons of your chai mix in a mug of steaming hot water, drop in a bag of organic tea bag and allow tea bag to steep for a few minutes.
- Remove Tea Bag and Enjoy!
