  2. I must made these and my husband really liked them! I’ve been making low carb, GF pancakes with coconut flour or better with almond flour. These were really good and I will make them again.

  3. I only have einkorn berries that I grind into flour. Do you think I need to alter the recipe at all?

    1. You should be fine using the recipe as is. Your freshly ground wheat is a whole grain flour but since you are used to baking with whole grain flour, you should be okay. Maybe just let batter rest a little longer to absorb the liquid. Let me know how it goes!!!
