You only need a few ingredients.
- Protein Powder
- Fresh Water
- Matcha Powder
- Milk kefir or non-dairy milk
- Banana
Protein is a must; you may use either your favorite brand or make your own.
Here is a recipe for my DIY homemade protein powder. Feel free to adjust the seeds and nuts to your liking and nutritional needs.
Making this shake is easy. Just mix Matcha powder, kefir, a banana for sweetness, and your protein powder of choice in a blender. Blend until smooth, and enjoy a refreshing drink!

Instructions:
- 1/4 cup of your homemade protein powder mix
- Pure Water ~ 1 Cup
- Matcha Green Tea Powder ~ 1 Teaspoon
- 1 banana
- 1/2 Cup Plain Milk Kefir
- Additional fruit if you would like
One serving.
Blend all the above ingredients until nice and smooth. Pour the mixture into a glass and make sure to rinse out the blender container with a little water and pour that into your glass, too.
